For more than half a century, the La Cienega Design Quarter has been the destination for sophisticated shoppers looking for quality design for the home. Every year, the LCDQ presents THE LEGENDS OF LA CIENEGA, one of the most anticipated design events in the country. LEGENDS is a three day celebration of design in May that brings together the top editors of the nation’s shelter magazines with tastemakers from the worlds of interior design, architecture, art and fashion for keynote panel discussions, cocktail parties, exhibitions, book signings, personal appearances and receptions. Noted interior designers are invited to design the shop windows of LCDQ members for the event, based on a theme which changes every year.
Located in the heart of the La Cienega Design Quarter, Fuller + Roberts Co. has produced a short film each year of the event- documenting their window's designer, and the evolution of that designer's creation.
2011: The theme is "CELEBRATE ART". The window designer is Jane Hallworth of Hallworth Design.
2012: The theme is "WINDOWS ON THE WORLD". The window designer is Betsy Burnham of Burnham Design.
2013: The theme is "TIME CAPSULE". The window designer is Jane Hallworth of Hallworth Design.
2014: The theme is "NOVEL INTERIORS". The window designer is Timothy Corrigan of Timothy Corrigan, Inc
2015: The theme is “WHERE MUSES DWELL”. The window designer is Jeff Andrews of Jeff Andrews Design.
